Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Stan by Creations. Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged before leaving our studio.

Processing Times

Orders are typically prepared for shipping within 2–5 business days.

Original artwork and certain handmade items may require additional preparation and protective packaging. If additional processing time is required, it will be indicated on the product page or we will contact you after your order is placed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and available shipping service.

The shipping price displayed at checkout is the shipping cost for your order unless otherwise indicated.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping destination and carrier selected at checkout.

Please note that processing time and shipping/transit time are separate. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Original Artwork

Original artwork is carefully packaged to help protect it during transportation.

Because artwork may require larger or specialized packaging, shipping rates may differ from those for smaller items such as jewelry and accessories.

Tracking

When tracking is available for your selected shipping service, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order.

Stan by Creations is not responsible for additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct the address before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of:

• The damaged item

• The shipping box or envelope

• The packaging materials

• The shipping label

Please keep all packaging until the issue has been resolved.

For packages that appear to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can help review the shipment with the carrier.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless specifically stated during checkout.
